Accessibility Statement

Our approach

Our target for the public website is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines address needs such as keyboard access, readable content, text alternatives for images, and compatibility with assistive technology. This is our improvement target, not a claim that every requirement has been met.

Current review status

We have reviewed the public website's desktop and mobile layouts and made improvements to readability and navigation. Those checks are not a comprehensive accessibility evaluation, and we have not established full WCAG conformance.

A complete accessibility review of the student learning platform, downloadable documents, and live and recorded classes has not been completed. We have not yet verified accessibility features, including caption availability, across all of those services. Please contact us about a particular resource or participation need.

Program participation and accessible materials

Students, families, and schools can contact us to discuss an accessible format or support needed to participate in a Test Prep America program. If an event or class is approaching, include its date so we understand the timing. For school-hosted programs, we can coordinate with the school as appropriate.

Please describe the barrier or assistance needed. You do not need to include a diagnosis, medical records, or other sensitive documents in your initial message.

Keeping this statement current

We will update this statement as our accessibility reviews and services develop, including relevant findings and known limitations. Feedback helps us identify barriers and prioritize improvements.
