Do we need a final date or student count before reaching out?
No. A rough timeframe and an estimated number of students are plenty for a first conversation. If you are still exploring, just say that.
Can we contact you while we are still comparing options or building a budget?
Absolutely. Early questions are welcome. We can help you understand the program formats and what information will matter when your school is ready to decide.
What should I include in my message?
If you know them, share your school, location, approximate number of students, assessment or subject of interest, and possible timing. Send whatever you have—even an incomplete idea is enough to begin.
Can families, students, or community partners contact you too?
Yes. Schools are our primary focus on this page, but families, students, sponsors, and community partners are welcome to use the same email address or phone number.
